SMSsdl emulator for Gemei A330 by David Cervilla

Thanks to Charles Mac Donald for the original SMS Plus emulator, to the people who did the initial SDL port, and to cex, who did the initial work of porting it to the GA330.
Change log (v1.0):

Greatly improved the graphics routines. Now all games run at full 60 FPS
Changed default frameskip to 0.
Added vsync to keep emulation at smooth 60 FPS.
Changed CPU speed to a lower one (the higher one is not needed anymore), so better battery life.
New config file (smssdl.cfg) format. Please delete any old config file if you find problems launching the emulator.
Now the config file is saved in the emulator path.
Now it saves the last path on the config file, so you don't need to navigate to the roms folder every time you launch the emu.
Added an asterisk next to the Save slot number if there's a previous save on this slot. Save states and Sram files are saved in the same directory as the rom file.
Some other minor fixes.

Changed frameskip routines to allow smoother frameskip steps. Now frameskip 10 is the same as the previous frameskip 2 (skipping 50% of the frames).
Added calculated delay to GG emulation, to keep it from runnig too fast at frameskip 1 (= disabled).
Changed the default frameskip levels accordingly. Now SMS runs at 102-103% of the original speed at the default frameskip 9 (= 40 FPS), and GG runs at 100% at frameskip 1 (= 60 FPS), all without sound cuts.
