Title says it all really. I'm mostly interested in 16 bit emulation, and snes is pretty good without sound on the caanoo. Wondering if anyone has both and can compare?

 Still waiting on the arrival of my zero. However, I can say after doing tons of research over the past 2 to 3 months that the GCW zero seems to win in all categories compared to the caanoo or any of the like devices. I'd say go for it! They also just released a Nintendo 64 technical preview for the zero and  there is some working PSX. So right there that should be your answer. Everything 16-bit era and below I hear is perfect.   I can't wait!

Thanks for replying , how do the controls compare? I really like the mini analogue nub, and have heard a lot about the mushy dpad issues. How does snes emulation in particular compare?

the caanoo has superior face buttons and much better speakers.  its kinda tough to compare the gcw's dpad with the caanoo's analogue nub both wore down faster than any other device/controller i've owned
