Sabre Fighter Plane Simulator
« on: November 24, 2013, 08:27:43 pm »

Sabre is a flight simulator with fighter planes of the Korean War era.

Sabre is focusing on the older jets and piston-engined fighters of the Korean War / Cold War era.
Featured is the classic North American F-86 SabreJet, which engaged the nimble MiG-15 in the skies over Korea.
Also included are the F-84 ThunderJet, the F-51 Mustang, and the Yak-9.
All of the planes in the game are can be flown by the player as well as the computer pilots.

Release notes:
* This release does not support all the controls that Sabre offers. Due to button limitation, omitted are ie. engaging landing gear, flaps control or advanced camera views. The basic plane controls present are however enough for regular gameplay involving dogfights.
* Sabre does not provide any audio effects. Playing Danger Zone in the background is recommended ;)

Key Reference:
Analog joystick - control the yoke
A button - fire weapon
B button - rear view
Y button - front view
X button - switch camera to next plane
L button - engage/disengage autopilot
R button - select next weapon
D-PAD up - increase throttle
D-PAD down - decrease throttle
D-PAD left - engage/disengage speed brakes
D-PAD right - engage/disengage wheel brakes
START button - select next target
SELECT button - exit to menu

Thanks a lot for this porting! :) Just a little clarification, the "ID" of North American "Mustang" is P-51 and not F-51 ! :P I'm joking, this isn't a relevant point! :)
