I posted here and they love homebrew here

From what i've seen they really don't like the GCW, but i take their words with a grain of salt.

I agree. Although, they do make some key points - these days hearing '256mb of ram' is like hearing '28.8k dial up', and '330x240 screen' is like hearing 'calculator screen'.

Of course *we* all know better, but the rest of the world hears those specs, chuckles for a sec then turns to their quadcore multi ghz smartphone with a 5in ips 300ppi screen they got for $99 on a plan, and loads up their favorite emulator... So i can definitely see where they are coming from for sure.

It's almost as though in order to sell a tun more units, tossing in a gig of ram, even if it never gets used ever, is a big thing for some people.

Reposting this as the Kickstarter and Facebook are not linked yet.

Gotta get the Kickstarter & Facebook linked.  The number of likes on Facebook is pretty good in 48 hours.  You can be getting a lot more there.  Never give them money though.

Should a press release come to light?
Might want to do a $25 ad with www.prweb.com
Don't pay them the $50 or $100 they want, I think you can do a minimum of $25

Twitter needed to link to the Facebook.

Anyone developing for this should have links in their LinkedIn profiles, the link to the new GCW site, the Kickstarter, your blog and all shared amongst themselves.

Gorilla Craigslist folks, just a general description of the device for the title and a link to the Kickstarter inside, a pic helps.

Forgot:
Everything should be linked into Google+, any links you have, throw them up there on Google+

All YouTube videos should have a links to the Kickstarter, also throw in links to some of the blogs or news posts.
Everyone watching videos needs to click the Like button and share the video.
