I think you would want the panel without the touch screen:

I don't know whether or not it would work out of the box; it might be a matter of LCD driver compatibility.

Buy one and try it out.

The model you provided I tried it but the screen blurred......what a shame..

Unable to display

There is no available IPS screen at present, my friend  found another ips screen but there're still questions。

Fortunately， left a few pic....
