I cant shut it off no matter what I do. Green indicator is always on

Iv tried different combinations to turn off the gcw zero but it simply wont shutdown. It will power off the screen but the green indicator remains on. Iv tried power off from the system menu as well.
Reset switch dint do anything either.
 Any suggestions? or is this normal I havent used my GCW in a year.

This might help. Early on there was a bug where the backlight turned off while dimming, making it appear the unit was off but the green light was still on. If the normal shutdown key combinations (as shown on the wiki page) are not working you can always try to press the reset button for a period of time (up to a minute) to see if the hardware turns off.
