I'm sorry, but it's not enough write "I want"... the games must be freeware, the source-codes must be available and the GCW Zero computing-power must be adequate to run them at the right speed...
in other words, neither of these games could be ported to the GCW Zero...

You could contact the Reicast guys, they did a proof of concept port but there wasn't much interest. Maybe if GCW owners show enthusiasm about it they will work on it some more, I don't know if it is viable on the Zero though.
Handhelds:
GPD Win, GPD XD 64gb, Pap KIII-Plus, RS-97, RS-90, New Bittboy, 3DS XL, DSi XL, GBA SP, GBBC Clone, Gameboy Pocket, PSP Go,
PC:
HP Envy M6, Acer 522, Dell Mini 9
Psion 5 & 5MX
Tons of other old laptops and tablets.....

"Unfortunatelly" the Dreamcast emulation is too heavy for the GCW Zero hardware...

That's a bold statement. The author of Reicast told me once that the Zero could emulate the DC well enough with some work. But that most likely won't happen.

The 1ghz Pandora was getting playable frame rates IIRC, also the games you mentioned were among the first to become playable when the Android beta was released (smooth with no glitches) so I would assume they are easier to emulate, just a guess though.
