Port Request: OpenJazz
« on: October 05, 2015, 11:01:25 pm »
Hello

I'd like if someone could port OpenJazz for this machine. I'd also love to have information on how to do this myself, since I think this shouldn't be too hard.

Here is a link to the project:

Thanks

Hello,
i honestly thought it has been already ported to GcW0 but it looks like it's not the case...
Anyways, the port is entirely possible and i will try to port it.
Shouldn't be too difficult than other properly mapping the controls.

If it is complete, it should be added to the Release Index sticky: http://boards.dingoonity.org/gcw-releases/gcw-zero-release-index/

It was originally posted in the release section but was "demoted" to a development release because the engine is incomplete. E.g. The boss AI is missing.

It was a simple port to do and for anyone getting to grips with the toolchain and porting in general it is a good place to start.

This leads me to another little project I have been considering, documenting the porting process.

I would really like if you could make a guide about porting.

Thanks
