This game is beautiful and I would love someone to contact the authors for permission. I don't know much about the process of porting a game to a new system, but I know they already have a Linux version and that I don't have the skills and permission required to do something like this.

Given its a $9.99 game on Steam the chances are slim to none unless its possible to port the engine and the user then has to buy the game to get the data files.

But that's my 2 cents on it

It will never be able to be ported because it looks like it is a Flash-type game and not only that, it uses Adobe AIR, some sort of fluffy cross-platform BS.  Someone would have to reprogram the entire game, probably from scratch. Not gonna happen :(
