I don't see any source code, only a windows binary.

Of  Maldita Castilla there is a version Ubuntu that might work in GCW-Zero.

It won't, it would need to be compiled for the mips processor with the correct libraries installed. Sorry  :(

we should talk with the author of those games, Locomalito. But I do not know her email.

These games were made with GameMaker, so you need to talk to them about getting a build target for GCW

As far as I am aware GameMaker has not been ported to the gcw0 console yet. As it is closed source you would need to contact the authors requesting a port. xXFrostXx asked this around 6 months ago but a port is yet to emerge.

It's worth noting that this is the same developer for l'Abbaye des Morts. Also, in gcw-releases it is mentioned that the source code for Hydorah on Linux is available here. That page isn't up anymore, but there is this -> github - OpenHydorah. It would be wise to double check with the author, but, according to the aforementioned forum posts, the intended screen aspect ratio is the likely sticking point in practical terms.

It is far from complete. In fact, there's nothing in it and it is programmed in D, which rules out a GCW port.

So? I fail to see how it being programmed in D that rules anything out. There is after all GDC (https://dlang.org/download.html), a GCC based D compiler that supposedly supports MIPS. I'm pretty far from being an expert of any sort, but that seems to suggest it's possible at least. What else about the matter rules out such a port?

Please define 'nothing in it'. I concede that the repo doesn't appear to quite contain a complete game, but I haven't got a setup at the moment to build it and see. There's is a reference to another repository which contains the engine apparently and the engine is written in C as far as I can tell.

D is just a huge pain in the ass to set up : ask MH-T, he had to recompile the whole compiler just so he could port Tumiki Fighters to the Pandora.
I said there was nothing because it is surprisingly small.
That said, it's a good thing the engine was programmed in C and the main game, while in D, is pretty small so it might be possible
to convert it to C.

I will try to go take a look and compile this thing on mah pc.

These two games are amazing, a gradius clone and a gng clone.
I can play Maldia Castilla on my GPD XD or Ouya, both play great.

For Hydorah I will buy a pc again, so I can play it.
