i don't, but if you dig some nes spooky action, and considering the new release of fceux you should try sweet home
or some clock tower on the snes!
have fun!

There's some pre PS1 horror games here, should all run ok:
http://boards.dingoonity.org/retro-gaming/horror-games-pre-ps1/msg87460/#new

Personal picks would be Sweet Home (NES), Alone in the Dark (GBC), The Legacy (DOS) and Clock Tower (Snes). If you can get it working there's also the Amiga PD games Zombie Apocalypse I & II, no idea if they work though and they are mouse control gun games so might not play that well.

You could also try Realms of the Haunting (DOS), again controls might be tricky.

Unfortunately horror didn't really kick off as a genre until PS1, there's still nothing like the original Silent Hill.
Handhelds:
GPD Win, GPD XD 64gb, PlayGo, RS-90, 3DS XL, DSi XL, GBA SP, GBBC Clone, Gameboy Pocket c/w screen mod, PSP Go
PC:
Medion Erazer, Toshiba Z20t, Dell Mini 9, Psion 5MX
Tons of other old laptops and tablets.....

The "psychological horror" game I have No Mouth and I Must Scream runs on the ScummVM port. It's pretty creepy for a point n'click.

I've actually had a hell of a time trying to get IHNMAIMS recognized on ScummVM. Collected all the necessary data files listed on ScummVM wiki but no dice there. Tried using .BIN/.CUE format, no luck there either. Took the ISO and extracted everything into a directory, still no luck! Don't know what the problem could be, really. Any tips on getting Scumm to find and recognize the game file for this title? I'm about out of ideas. :(

All I did, was download the rom or whatever you wanna call it for IHNMAIMS from emuparadise. Then I extracted the files from the .zip put it in a folder and on my sd card. Then started up the gcw, and opened scummvm, click add game, click the title of the game and if you have more options to click on stuff (I can't remember if I did) Don't click. Just click the name of the folder you put in, open that, then click choose.

Following a much-appreciated tip, that's exectly what I ended up doing and finally got the game up and running some weeks back! :)

Since I appreciate music of some kind in such an atmospheric title, I found going with the midi score instead of the full-quality soundtrack was the only way to keep the game's audio & dialogue stable. Maybe the sound support will improve in a future upgrade of ScummVM and this will change, but for now the midi gets the job done.

There are actual two versions of the game dumped, both unfinished. See here for more info.

Nice! A surprisingly faithful port and the pseudo-"scaling" effects applied to the characters and doors are really impressive.  ;D
I originally vowed not to use handheld console emus on the Zero since I already own most of them in the flesh (Atari Lynx rules!!), making the idea of a portable emulating a portable seem redundant to me, but this RE port is reason enough to make an exception. Too bad you can't finish the game but the journey will prove more than worth it!

Speaking of the Lynx and horror games, Atari's handheld powerhouse saw the release of Dracula: The Undead. It's a point-and-click horror adventure that's actually very good and features some excellent music for a Lynx title.

I don't know how well the Zero runs Lynx games (since I play the real deal instead) but if they're emulated decently, Dracula offers another choice for horror gaming on the GCW Zero.
