[SDLCalc] Dark Theme

I somewhat enhanced Cycron's SDLCalc skin, hope you like it.
Features:
-2 Skins

 in file formats:
   .bmp
   .png

sorry for the overdone presentation, I just felt like it ;)

hmm... when you converted it to bmp it turned out weird. But when I convert the png to bmp with gimp I don't get the problem.

Finally got me a new Dingoo after I Kentucky ~~::fried::~~ the other one. Yippee! [edit] And lost it!
