Could you test this game out and see if it runs correctly: Ryuko No Ken Nekketsu (PC Version). If you like River City Ransom and Art of Fighting this is a must have mod. Its great and very well done. I hope it runs  ;D
I have tested it .It run well in speed. But needed abt 2 mins to load and the color was not correct with spirits. The bg was ok.
Cool, i was afraid of the 150mb download (shitty connection). ;D I have the same problem with "Escape from Cartoon Hell", it runs fine, but the colours are wrong. Guess it has something to do with 8/16-bit, i remember some devs had problems with that too.

Thanks again Shin-NiL, it?s a very nice port!  :)

Ah man I hope Shin-Nil can look into this. Is OpenBor Dingoo using the lastest OpenBor build? I believe it is. Shin-Nil would you look and see why Ryuko No Ken Nekketsu (PC Version) is not running correctly on this build ;D It is one of the greatest mods on OpenBor!!!

Ikonz101

Yes, it's based on the latest version from official SVN. I'll download and try Ryuko no Ken Nekketsu tomorrow to see what's happening. Maybe is something wrong with my 8/16-bit workaround as eule said.

Thank you for report  ;)

Didn't elta's rootfs has an integrated solution for that?

I had that same feeling also ;D OpenBor is a beat em up creator basically. You can create your own mod or use someone else mod to start the process of making your own video game. It has a learning curve but does NOT require programming unless you want to create features not included in OpenBor. Believe me there are TONS of features in OpenBor...

I can't seem to get any music.  What am I doing wrong? I don't know if this helps, but I'm using local pack 32 and I also have the bug where the screen turn black after loading dingux, I need to push x to get the screen to light up.

Try increasing the dingux volume, leaving it at 100% on DMenu by pressing R button.

Today I changed the code to solve the sprites colors problem. So games like Ryuko no Ken Nekketsu will display the colors correctly, although I have only tested Wii version pak, which was the fastest to download.

I only had one side effect of the change until now, the Golden Axe Remake is displaying the screen Zoomed and is not possible to decrease the zoom, but this game is problematic even with OpenBOR for other platforms.

Anyway, we will soon have an update.

See ya!

I got openbor to play on dingoo but can't get volume to be loud enough, I tested on castlevania and crisis evil, any help?
Which Rootfs are you using? I tested Crisis Evil 1 and the sounds works like a charm. The whole OpenBOR Ports works like a charm! Thanks for this! :)

I forgot which roots file I'm using, I'll check it out.  I'll try the Right button for dmenu, how and when do you do this exactly?  Thanks for the help.

Updated: got it to work, I needed to push the R button in dingux to bring up the volume. Thanks to everyone for the support

What do you mean with Right Button? If you mean the icon, its already included in the newest local pack.
