Hi, i have been working on an update for NESEMU, merging the old 32 bit cache instead of the 64 bit one, which seems to be handled better by the dingoo but i got stuck with some alignment issues.
Anyway i was searching on the net the other day and found a more mature emulator called FCEUX which has a lot better compatibility than NESEMU, and was wondering if it would be better to try to port FCEUX rather than NESEMU?.
Pros: FCEUX is a more mature project, it has better compatibility, working nsf player, and also has fds support, supports zipped roms.
Cons: FCEUX has no gui and i don?t know if it will run faster than NESEMU.
What do you think?.
