At least a unified kernel, thanks a lot!
-
great!thanks
but why not base on Menelkir's Kernel ?
his kernel support "mplayer"(a media player program),and his kernel is very fast at speed, every thing runs fast..
and if can support 7*7 font?because 8*8 is a little big..
-
:(
i cant download the kernel..the url is useless
-
download link works fine for me...
-
i have test this kernel
but it doesnt support "mplayer"
mplayer is a media player for DINGUX,it supports h.264,so it is a good media player
the kernel base on Menelkir's Kernel ,mplayer can be used..
so why not base on Menelkir's Kernel ?
a little advise ...
thanks
-
Mplayer needs the IPU (image processing unit) enabled, which takes 4MB of ram iirc. There?s an mplayer version which doesn?t need it (just search for mplayer ipu), but it?s slower. Works fine for flv?s though. :)
Thx Sience, all cool features in one kernel! ;D
-
Was hoping someone would do this - thanks SiENcE ;)
-

? Click the Download link. Read the blogpost and you will find the download. Otherwise...you are lost. ::)

You don't need a Mplayer compatible kernel (IPU enabled). But the IPU consumes 4mb more ram so it's pretty useless.
Instead take the Non-IPU enabled Mplayer. It works pretty much the same.
Here you go (http://boards.dingoonity.org/dingoonity-news/mplayer-recompiled-%27without-ipu%27!/msg11599/#msg11599).

Thank you for the multimedia (MM) info! Can anybody report how playing video's (xvid or divx) is w/ this kernel and TV out? Pretty please? Kissy (http://www.misspiggyfans.com/) kissy Kermit? :-*
Notice: I can't test it meself anymore. I fried me Dingoo and am still hoping that the LetCool Gamestation will support Linux (like Dingux for the Dingoo). I'm thinking of that one to replace me ol' Dingoo. If no Linux for LetCool (LetCLux?) then I'll buy a new Dingoo. Still miss her every day... Bouhou. :'(
-
mplayer of none IPU works,fine:)
but i test Menelkir's Kernel ,every thing runs a littel faster than boukichi's kernel .
i think if his kernel is optimize kernel.
so you can test it ,i feel it a faster kernel...
-
@ Meneer Jansen
The mplayer still sucks and its in no way better than on the nativeside. 16bpp and some hickups.
-
also i think because swap can increase 64M RAM,so 4M RAM is not a problem..
why i feel Menelkir's Kernel runs faster?
who will test Menelkir's Kernel ,if it is a faster kernel?
-
@ Meneer Jansen

Thanks for the info! I use mplayer in Linux on my PC and that one is mighty fine. But, if no more than 16 bpp then there is no reason to switch to Dinux for movies. Btw, I think the native movie player is pertty fine. Zoom modes, no hickups etc. But 16 bpp on a TV is no good. Sixteen bpp on Dingoo's screen or old school games on a TV, however, is good enough. :)
-
mplayer support h.264 format, this is only better than native's
-
@ Meneer Jansen
I dont know where the limitation of 16bpp is written. If it is the Tvout or whatever, but I think it can be fixed in dingux. But there is no real progress at mplayer. Thats really bad, because it can be better than the native one, now dingux has even Tvout.
-
This is awesome! X-Men now loads flawlessly in MAME using a 64MB swap file! It's not full speed, but it's completely playable!
Thanks!

why i feel Menelkir's Kernel runs faster?

Menerkir run faster because the guy who did it removed various "useless" features from the kernel plus the swap option.
-
Aha. Where do you feal it's faster ?
Has anyone done a real test?
I don't think so. Maybe only Bootime...but than go for unstability.
All kernels, other than opendingux, have the same base Booboo's (iggarpe) kernel. And i don't wanna talk here about a Kernel where no Developer is here in the forum and can answer us questions.

He don't know english, but I can translate for both sides, just ask.
edit: He knows english(I think so). http://menelkir.itroll.org/
PS: Just for fun(or flame), here is a thing he said about Snes9x4D:
I noticed, from all snes emulators, Snes9X4D is all the way bad, I think they changed so much thing in the code. For example, there some games who run well in previous Snes9x, but not in Snes9x4D(because this I did put 2 versions of snes9x in the localbr).
Ps2: Keep cool. I don't like him(I dislike freetards like him), but don't need go freaky because this.

The 16 bpp thing is why I'm so interested in Dinux/TV out/mplayer. Some say the TV chip that's used in the Dingoo is capable of full colour (i.e. 24- or 32 bpp). Keeping my fingers crossed. :)

I said this not directly to menelkir, but to wy_scorpio statement.
And about the statement: People talk all the way long the whole day and very often they say nonsense. ;-)

Hi, SiENcE thanks for your work on this. Just wanted to share some info, if i remember correctly the mmcqd process is the responsible for hickups during gameplay in several dingux apps and emus, maybe you would like to take a look at this: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg08732.html. I don?t really know about the Davinci linux project and if those changes can be made in the dingux kernel, but it seems disabling and changing some stuff in the mmcqd code can help to reduce CPU usage.
With all the recent kernel updates I thought you would be interested in this.
-
i have test the two kernel by play the game "yeti3D".
i feel a bit faster on Menelkir's Kernel than boukichi's.
....
so who can test the two kernel and feel which is faster.......
thanks,a little advise... ;)

I don't keep much on feelings ;-).
Please test by displaying the FPS or take a look at CPU Time using "top" via telnet.

Just goner ask the same question lol - where does this go?
-
.....
but how to use "100619_9325_ILI9325.config"
thanks
You don't need to do anything with the .config files. They are there incase you wanted to recompile the kernel yourself, the config file lets you see what settings were used to compile the kernel so you can reproduce it. But for normal use, you can ignore the config files completely.
Cheers!

I just want to show you a not-by-feel-test...i made a screenshot of the memory consumption of Menelkir's Kernel and my Kernel.
My SiENcE Kernel:
(http://img249.imageshack.us/img249/7509/siencekernel.png) (http://img249.imageshack.us/i/siencekernel.png/)
Menelkir's Kernel:
(http://img580.imageshack.us/img580/1641/menelkirkernel.png) (http://img580.imageshack.us/i/menelkirkernel.png/)
top output was made directly after boot. gmenu2x running.
My has 2996kb of free mem, the other 1040kb of free mem (also my kernel has a thread more, due to the uinput interface).
-
Thanks, I tried your Kernel, I had Menelkir's Kernel on my card before, cause I used the swap function and the first thing that I noticed, after I tried your kernel with a 64 MB swap file was, that I had the feeling, your Kernel decreases loading times in fba.
I made a quick loading time benchmark, did it twice, to be sure, cause the results seemed unrealistic at first.
DoDonpachi fba Menelkir's Kernel 2:46
DoDonpachi fba SiENcE's Kernel 0:50
I think I know, which kernel I will use ;-)
-
Ah. Nice to know.
I think we really need a Testcase for Kernels!
Maybe first a Wikipage?
-
hello, you have to do to work? zimage edited and dingux screen is locked, you have to do? thank you very much

hello, you have to do to work? zimage edited and dingux screen is locked, you have to do? thank you very much
Always copy the first the zimage and rootfs file on your card and then in a second row the local pack, this should do the trick.
-
Great work!
Any chance you can post the link to the kernel here? As blogspot is blocked in china and finding proxy etc is a bit of a hassle >.<

"zImage" not zimage.
Also this must be an SD-Card issue. I exchange only the zImage to my SD-Card. No problem here.

There is a problem with large SD cards (16Mb for example) which freeze if the zImage is not on the beginning of the card (so you must copy it on a virgin card to make it works).

Thanks! Fast response too :P
-
"zImage" not zimage.
Just tried it, makes no difference, if the file is called zimage or zImage, both boot fine.
-
Just installed it and works fine, thx! Can confirm that the swap is somehow faster...
Has this Kernel 4-bit SD access? ;D
-
How can I know the swap work correctly? ???
I put the 100619_ILI9325_zImage and the 100619_9325_ILI9325.config to root.
rename they zImage and ILI9325.config
Is that right?

Just put zImage to your card
Do not need config file
If you want swap, you need swap file and script

sorry for my poor English
-
oh.
i think i am wrong..
i test a mame game
SiE's kernel load the game use time 1.6 min ,but Menelkir's Kernel load it use 2.8 min..
so really SiE's kernel is faster one.
sorry about my wrong feeling..
-
To test if swap is working, just connect your dingoo via telnet and start top. It will show you how much swap is available.
-
How do you do that santino?
-
you could get the duke 3d atomic edition(google will get you there :)) and select the birth episode. If it loads(it takes a little bit of time) and works then the swap is working. If it stops and hangs at 99% the swap is not working.
-
@ ruffnutts
You need a linuxbox and then just setup the usb ethernet interface by "ifconfig usb0 up 10.1.0.1" and telnet you dingoo via "telnet 10.1.0.2" then just type "top";)
@ qbert
This only works with music on, otherwise the birth just loads up well. Even without the swapping.
-
How do you do that santino?
USB networking instructions on the wiki:
http://dingoowiki.com/index.php/Dingux:Tutorials:USB_Networking
Aside from top, you can also use free to see if swap is working:
/boot # free
total used free shared buffers
Mem: 62364 60872 1492 0 584
Swap: 0 0 0
Total: 62364 60872 1492
That shows swap at 0 which means, no swap.
/boot # free
total used free shared buffers
Mem: 62364 60960 1404 0 776
Swap: 131064 0 131064
Total: 193428 60960 132468
That shows swap is active.
-
@santino
Why would you run duke 3d without music ;D
-
this kernel supports usb ethernet conn through windows?
-
Was thinking - I have a A330, once I fix the shoulder button - could the swap work with 64MB internal and 64MB swap
To give you 128, just a thought - or does it seem pointless unless you have a big demanding app/emu ect....
Thanks for all the reply's BTW ;D

Swap would work, if the Kernel supported the 64MB of the A330, as far as I know, only Stephanie's Kernel does that at the moment. But I don't think, that you will find anything at Mame or FBA, that needs 128 MB. Maybe some of the bigger NeoGeo games need more than 64 MB in Mame, but I never tried the NeoGeo emulation in Mame4All, cause it would be much to slow to be playable. In fba, all NeoGeo Roms should work with 64 MB fine.
-
I've compiled a 64M version of SiENcE's kernel, that should give the a330 all the same goodies while also supporting the 64MB of ram.
I've tested swap, it works fine. I haven't tested tv-out but it should work.
You can download it here:
http://planetstephanie.net/uploads/zImage-64M-swap
Just rename it to zImage and drop it on your SD card.
-
@Stephanie: Did you applied the tvout patch of uli and used my config? If so all should work fine. Does the 64mb version also work on a320 with 32mb?
-
@Stephanie: Did you applied the tvout patch of uli and used my config? If so all should work fine. Does the 64mb version also work on a320 with 32mb?
Yes, I followed your config and uli's patch - it should be pretty much the same as your kernel, but with the commandline modified to mem=64M
It won't work on a 32MB dingoo because it does expect 64MB of ram.
-
Ok. Can i add it also to my download site? Just to have one source where people can get it.
-
Is it possible to swap on automatically every time GMenu loads?
Could someone provide a sample script?
Thanks!
-
To get it to run on startup edit your main file in the /local/sbin directory mine looks like this
#!/bin/sh
export HOME=/usr/local/home
export SDL_NOMOUSE=1
export TZ=JST-3
export PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin
renice 20 `pidof mmcqd`
cd /usr/local/gmenu2x/scripts
./swapon.sh
cd /usr/local/gmenu2x
./gmenu2x
-
Thanks a ton qbertaddict, it works :)
-
Cant test this yet - but thank you Stephanie, so the A330 128MB nice ;D
Any chance we could have something in the menu that show`s the swap is active?
Nutts.... ;)

Yes of course, that's a great idea!
-
Ok it's up.

Right this is getting on me tits lol - where should the .swap file be and what should the script look like
Thanks ruffnutts
-
hello, you have to do to activate the Swap + Poweroff? thanks
-
Does tvout work with dmenu?
-
Why not :D ?
What has tvout-tool todo with dmenu ;-) ?
-
how do you get it to work?
-
I dont use dmenu, but I think you have to edit the starting options of icon in dmenu.
Read readme's, use google or browse and read thsi forum ;-).
You will find the answer. I'm shure.
-
i use dmenu0.6,but tv-out cant work..the screen appears a split picture..
so i cant normally use the tv-out function..
i wait a tv-out for dmenu..

Shouldn't matter what gui you use. This happens to me too and I'm using gmenu2. It's a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it works, sometimes the TV image is messed up like split in two or pushed to the side, and sometimes it gives no image at all
-
I have to soft-reboot everytime i start tvtool. But after reboot, start again and it works.

Same here.

oh,it works.thanks
but is this a little bug?
...
-
Yep. It's a bug in tvtool.
-
I updated the a330 64mb Kernel. I noticed an issue with virtual mouse.
Virtual Mouse should work now!
check the first page!
-
How can I use the TV out feature ?
-
You need the TV-out tool from here:
http://github.com/uli/dingoo-tvout/downloads (http://github.com/uli/dingoo-tvout/downloads)
Remember that it only works with 336 mhz (unless i missed something).
-
You mean I have to put this program on my SD card http://github.com/downloads/uli/dingoo-tvout/tvout-2010-06-05 and just launch it ?

You missed something http://boards.dingoonity.org/dingux-development/overclock-with-tvout-tutorial/
Overclock is possible. I only need to release an updated gmenu2x with the same overclocking functionality like uli's updated tvtool.
You mean I have to put this program on my SD card http://github.com/downloads/uli/dingoo-tvout/tvout-2010-06-05 and just launch it ?
and a a parameter like "--pal" or "--ntsc".
Bu you should really read uli's readme. Thats why he wrote it ;-).
-
Thanks. I'll take a look a this tomorrow;
-
Oh cool, anyone tested uli?s gmenu2x yet? I?ll try anyways. ;D
-
thanks SiENcE!great work
is the kernel of 20100704 only aim at A330? my A320 can use this kernel?
-
All kernels for all LCD-Types for a320 and a330 are included in this pack.
-
@ SiENcE is your new Kernel release one kernel for both systems 32/64 - does it detect what ram version to run?
Hope that was a clear question lol
nutts ;)
-
No, there's the 9331 64MB one, and the two 9325/9331 32MB ones.
I too wish there was just a single combined one that would autodetect and use the right stuff. :( That way I could use the same card between my A330 and A320.
-
I have some questions regarding this kernel:
1. It doesn't work for me when the card is formatted with block size of 4kb (dingux freezes on startup screen). I'm using 16GB SD card. Is important to format the card with 4kb block size?
2. When i'm using this kernel (SD card with default format options), opentyrian won't run - it puts me back to gmenu when I try to start it. Does anybody know what to do?

1. work for me but i don't know the sector size.
2. turn on "output log" in gmenu2x settings->gmenu2x (options). start opentyrian and go to gmenu2x->settings. there is now a log file. look into it. you will see that opentyrian tries to open a mouse. Start my "virtual mouse" or set no_mouse option in sbin/main script. Then disable the log output in settings->gmenu2x (options).
start opentyrian. it works.
i think it's a bug in opentyrian, because it don't really needs a mouse.

Me too :)
It would be extemely great (at least for people like me) if 9325, 9331 and A330 share the same zImage file.
-
You couldnt use the 64mb kernel with the 320 anyway.

Thanks SiENcE and everyone else involved so great!!!
Is there any way to turn off the dingoo speakers while running tv out in dingux?? that would be another great feature
-
I tested mplayer without ipu once with another kernel, and it worked. now i'm using this kernel and i'm trying mplayer but it doesn't work anymore.
just the first picture appears and only the sound plays.
i'm using science last kernel with uli gmenu2x.
dreaming on mplayer + overclock + tvout (since native tvout doesn't supports overclock).
somebody help!
-
Hi there
i got no luck with all thoses kernels (32mb one is working)
got an A330 and SIENcE 64mb kernel ou even Stephanie's swap one doesnt work,i'm still freezing at the splash screen
any idea?
ps: using an 4gb brand new sdhc card and have of course tested the zImage write first trick
EDIT: i found how to make it working
i used Stephanie dualboot
thanks!

I read this thread now and I'm looking for a way to usetvout in dingux.
As I've read, there's this tool here http://github.com/uli/dingoo-tvout/downloads
But where to insert / overwrite it? Is gp2xmenu in the rootfs and I can just mount it to a directory or something like that?
I'd really appreciate, if someone could help me on thiis
I'm a bit confused. There's also written somewhere, that the tv-tool doesn't work with gp2xmenu atm but on the link I've posted, as said, is an updated gp2xmenu.
Any help highly appreciated. :)

Did you try follow these instructions? -> http://boards.dingoonity.org/dingux-development/overclock-with-tvout-tutorial/ (http://boards.dingoonity.org/dingux-development/overclock-with-tvout-tutorial/)

Thank you for the hint, I'll try it out as soon as I can, I think this should work, wasn't aware of the howto there.
Greets,
Michael

So is there a way to have a clock in gmenu2x now?
sorry if this is a really noobish question :P

Not if you don't modify it yourself, or someone else bothers to :)

Please create another thread. Here we talk about the kernel. Not gmenu2x.

Well, this is the kernel I'm using AFAIK, but how does one enable swap? Sorry if this was answered elsewhere, I must have overlooked it if it was.

All in one happy pack ;D
-
Thanks again eule. However, on the step where it says to copy the files to my card... where do I place the .swap file so the script will recognize it? Should I make a sbin folder on the root of my card, where the zImage, rootfs, and local folder are?
-
.swap goes into the local folder, the 3 .sh files anywhere you want i think, they are in gmenu2x/scripts on my dingoo. :)
-
That's where the scripts would go for me too. But does it go into the root of the local folder? Like... X:\local\.swap?
EDIT: Well, I put .swap in X:\local\, but when I run mkswap from X:\local\gmenu2x\scripts it gives me:
/boot/local/gmenu2x/scripts/mkswap.sh: line 1: cd: not found
mkswap: can't open '.swap': No such file or directory
-
ahm... you should run that script from gmenu2x, in dingux.
-
Uh... yeah... I am. And it spits out that error VERY quickly and then switches back to gmenu2x.
-
Hmm, it complains about not finding .swap, are you sure it?s in the local folder?
The script does this:
cd.. [go into the upper directory] cd.. mkswap .swap [make .swap to the swapfile]
So it should work... Are the scripts in the scripts folder or in another folder in it? Silly questions probably, but somewhere is a little mistake i guess. :D
-
erm... Windows end-of-line characters in the script ?
-

The script you pointed me to is this:
cd /sbin/
mkswap .swap
Meaning it's an absolute path from the mount point. However, what is the mount point in Dingux: the root of the drive or /local/?
-
I see, thought i had used the same pack, but obviously not, this is the content of my mkswap.sh:
/sbin/mkswap ../../.swap
swapon.sh
/sbin/swapon ../../.swap
swapoff.sh
/sbin/swapoff ../../.swap
And my explanation above what the script does is wrong too, what was i thinking? ???
You could either change the scripts, move .swap to /sbin/ or change the ".swap" part in each script to "../.swap", all ways should work.
Sorry for not being totally clear, i?m not that good in that stuff... :)

I would just make a sbin folder, but do I make it at the root of the drive or in /local/? It depends on where the mount point is set in Dingux. I think it'd just be easier to modify the scripts to
cd ..
cd ..
cd sbin
mkswap .swap
-
Doesn?t local already contain a sbin folder?
If you change the script like you want to, the sbin folder has to be in local, and the .swap must be in it. I?m not sure if you can use cd .. in scripts though. :D
Don?t know exactly where the mountpoint is tbh...
Found the pack i use, might save you a bit of hazzle:
http://boards.dingoonity.org/dingux-development/optimized-kernel/msg17413/#msg17413 (http://boards.dingoonity.org/dingux-development/optimized-kernel/msg17413/#msg17413)

No, you don't need to create any directories. I don't have my Dingoo with me at the moment but if I recall removing "/sbin/" from the commands in the three shell scripts (*.sh) should do the trick, e.g.:
mkswap ../../.swap
swapon ../../.swap
swapoff ../../.swap
First, make sure your 'main' file (X:\local\sbin\main) contains something like this:
#!/bin/sh
export HOME=/usr/local/home
export SDL_NOMOUSE=1
export TZ=VST
export PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin
renice 20 `pidof mmcqd`
cd /usr/local/gmenu2x/scripts
./swapon.sh
cd /usr/local/gmenu2x
./gmenu2x
The 'export PATH' command is important because it will allow you to execute mkswap/swapon/swapoff from any directory. The 'renice' command reduces the priority of the mmcqd process since a previous poster mentioned it introduces an overhead in Dingux. You should also change the TZ environment variable to your local timezone (see this page (http://souptonuts.sourceforge.net/how_to_linux_and_open_source.htm)).
Assuming you placed the scripts in the default location, 'main' will also turn on your .swap whenever you boot Dingux (it appears /usr is symlinked to /boot ?). I think part of the confusion is that there are actually two sbin directories: /sbin (root) and /boot/local/sbin (memory card). The mkswap, swapon, and swapoff binaries are in root, not in the local pack that you copied to your memory card. Keep in mind that X:\local\ on your PC is actually /boot/local in Dingux, so the path to the .swap file should be /boot/local/.swap. This means that when you execute /boot/local/gmenu2x/scripts/swapon.sh, for example, and it includes the command 'swapon ../../.swap', Dingux will look for the .swap file relative to the directory in which the script is executed, so ../../.swap => two directories up => /boot/local/.swap (equivalent to X:\local\.swap)
-
if you use
export SDL_NOMOUSE=1
You will see no mouse cursor in sdl games. This prevents you from using my keymouse driver.

Hi,
Is it normal that when you use dingux_kernel_100704 virtual mouse fix for 64MB Kernel A330, that while Dingux is starting up the 64MB logo (in the top right of the screen like in stephanie's kernel) isn't displayed anymore?
-
My kernel is based on boukichi's kernel. Do you need the logo?
-
no, but thanx anyway ;D
I was wondering about the 64mb logo because i thaught that maybe something went wrong when i installed dingux.
I don't see the logo anymore, & since i don't own a dingoo a320 there isn't a way how i can check how the 64mb ram is impemented.
(I mean, checking the difference between 32mb a320 & 64mb a330)
Is there a way how you can find out that the a330 is actually utilising the 64mb ram? an application or config file perhaps?
Sry for this noob question, & thanx for the support guys...
-
# cat /proc/meminfo :-)
or just
# top
-
thx sience ;)
it's finally making sence now.
keep up the good work, i am really looking forward to your future projects/developments...

Hello! I read a little on this great forum, and I like to use the TV-Out Dingux. My question is what is needed to work? Only install this kernel and I can use the TV-Out? And how do I install? only for copying and renaming zimage replacing that I have? (I have local pack0.35). Help please and thank you for the excellent work!
-
you also need the TV out tool and create links for enabling and disabling it in gmenu2x
http://boards.dingoonity.org/dingux-development/overclock-with-tvout-tutorial/
just don't make the speed thing, just make the link with "--pal" or "--ntsc"
works for me.
-
Thanks Domian, now works!
-
Can anyone add to this kernel PSFreedom code?
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=Y8MPAM86 source in kernel-patch folder
-
Hi all and Happy Christmass!
Thanks SiENcE for your kernel I use it when you have release but now I have a question:
How its possible patch this kernel and put the psfreedom 1.5?
Sorry for my english :-[
Thanks
-
i dont add it. But of couse someone can do it.
I added a descr. to my kernel how to build it.
Happy Christmas to all Dingoonity People!
-
I tested the kernel and everything works.
Except my NDIS device (windows 7), it's no recognizing anymore. Test on my old kernel (Menelkir) and it works. On this kernel I cannot connect to FTP. Windows gives me an error "device could not be started"
Does anyone have any idea on how to fix that? I really want to test TVOUT function on Dingux, but without FTP support is very difficult to upload files, as I have to switch to dingoo native firmware everytime...
-
Could you update the kernel and add ILI9338 support? Booboo had already release (dingux_system_20091022_plus_ILI9338.zip) (http://dingoo-linux.googlecode.com/files/dingux_system_20091022_plus_ILI9338.zip) ILI9338 driver and opendingux kernel (https://github.com/mthuurne/opendingux-kernel) too. Thank you.
-
*EDIT* Nevermind, I figured it out myself.
What noone mentioned is that the mkswap script does NOT create the swap file for you, so you have to create an empty 32MB file yourself and copy it to whichever location you point to with the scripts.
To create an empty 32MB file, use this command in a DOS prompt window:
fsutil file createnew .swap 33554432
-
Thanks man. I've tested the kernel and it's awesome. Full speed with Picodrive and Snes4d. Dingoo has reached the perfection, this is a new whole level. I guess the increasing memory tool does a lot about it.
One thing, OD includes this kernel?
-
One thing, OD includes this kernel?
No, OD is a whole new linux port from scratch. Although it reimplements all the features of legacy dingux from the time of SiENcE's kernel.
-
Ok, thanks for the aclaration Zear.
