Sorry guys for such a late reply.
I don't know for sure why it isn't working, I think that's because of double buffering. Please wait for OD release.

Yes, I am on the development team.

The rev.2 had double buffering so it's not an issue here. However, we enabled wchar support on the toolchain, which increases the number of applications that can be ported, but broke the binary compatibility with some C++ apps. Which is not a problem in itself, as most stuff is written in C, and the broken apps have been recompiled.

Just upgraded to the new version of OpenDingux, and this works like a charm! Nice and smooth. Only issue was I thought there was no sound, until I realized that somehow during my OD upgrade the audio got muted. Just had to use the power switch and up/down to turn it up.

Thanks! Maybe the GUI of the older FCEUX version is easy to add, if I have some free time this week I'll try that.

We need more information, we can't help if you only say that.

What version of OD you have? This version of FCEUX only work in the "end user release".
Did you delete the content of $HOME/.fceux directory? The older config files are not compatible.
Did you set the file browser of GMenu2X? This version doesn't have a GUI to load games after launch.
What does the Log viewer (at the Settings tab in GMenu2X) says after the crash?
Have you tried different roms or different file formats?

I have the last version of OD, the "end user release". I not deleted any files, because this is the first time I installed Fceux. In other words, there are not older files. I cant see the gmenu2x browser, when i pressed the button A in the icon of the emulator, the screen tilts and return to gmenu2x.

If you can't see the GMenu2X's file browser after launching the emulator then I guess you have not set the file browser option for that icon. When you set that option, what really happens is that OpenDingux first launches the file browser and when you select a game it launches the application.

Move the cursor over fceux icon, press select, then "edit fceux". In that screen change "selector broswer" to ON and for "selector directory" search the directory where your NES roms are (make sure that the directory you chose appears at the right of "selector directory"). After that press start to go back to the emulators menu and this time you should see the file browser.

When i press button A to select the directory for the roms (in the NAND, FC folder) the emulator bring me back to Gmenu2X. But if a choose other directory in the NAND or the SD, i can see the file browser.  ::)

Mm, i have 72 roms, one of them Captain Tusbasa II, named "Tsu2espa?ol.zip", maybe the "?" has te cause of the problem? I renamed them to "spanol" and i can see the file browser and i can select those roms, the emu works perfect!! thanks for your work!  ;D

Yes this is a problem with gmenu2x not with the emulator; it uses bitmap fonts and doesn't play nice with non-English characters. I think they're working on it.

It works pretty well, thanks a lot!

Upon playing on my TV, I've noticed the sound was a bit weird... I'll check if it's due to the connection to my TV or to the emulator. But it's a pretty good emulator anyway.

I would like to point out that this emulator has a few interesting features that aren't accessible yet due to the lack of a gui, but that can be enabled on the cfg file. I use the screenshot funcion a lot, so all I had to do was to edit the cfg file and assign it to a key.

Or just press power + X to take a screenshot on OD. This shortcut works all the time.
