Q: How kernel compile for ILI9325 and ILI9338 LCD

On http://wiki.dingoonity.org/index.php?title=OpenDingux:Development is written how to compile a kernel. But there is a specification "If your Dingoo does not have an ILI9331 LCD controller, you have to update the configuration between building "a320_defconfig" and "vmlinuz.bin"".
What exactly needs to be made between these lines to expose other controler of the screen?

I believe this i a talk about the "make menuconfig" command, but I could be wrong.
