How do I install Dingux
« on: December 10, 2012, 09:27:42 pm »
I have recieved my Dingoo A380 now, and want to update the firmware to Dingux instead of my present Dingoo technolegy v. 2.02. How do I proceed, and which version is the best and newest?
I have one 8 gp sd card inside and one spare sd card with 32 gb that is empty.
I also want to know how I can see what type of LCD display I have, where can I find that information?
Can someone please help me?

You can't install Dingux on A380. Dingux (and OpenDingux) support only Dingoo Digital A320 and Dingoo Technology A330. Their kernels will simply not work on your device.

Okey, thank you Zears.
Do you know if there is any other emulators for 380? The snes emulator is not the best one, some games goes very slow and lagging.

I'm sorry, but I wouldn't know. You'll need to wait for someone who is familiar with this device.

Look at the A380 subforum. Alien Grey updated the firmware until some weeks ago with the newest emulators, read this thread: http://boards.dingoonity.org/dingoo-technology-a380/firmware-v2-0016-with-neo-geo-zip-support
