Who created the lcd contoller and driver
« on: September 21, 2011, 10:28:52 pm »
hey everyone...

who created the dingoo LCD controller and create a driver?

Reason I ask is in the "Other Consoles" section under a topic I created about the GameBOX Advance SP.

It has the same chip as a Dingoo and I would love to get Dingux / linux running on for a Micro arcade project i am working on.

I can strip my Gamebox Advance SP and take pictures or get info if it helps....

I obviously have no clue about this stuff and just play games :)
Dingoo A320, GCW0, RS-97 x2, Revo-K101, RS-90, PSP, GameGadget, New 3DS 128GB, PS Vita 200GB, RS-45, Gamebox Advance and a few other obscure devices

Well, i might be wrong, but i think it was booboo, the original porter of dingux.  ::)

So far, i believe asking him to create a controller/driver for any device will be of no use, since he is always very busy.

Still, would be cool to have another handheld running dingux tough  ;D

Thats a good point to start with. Still, as said in the other topic, the CPUs are different, so, a lot of things would have to be created. (Not just the LCD driver and controller, but the Dual Boot and the kernel aswell)
