Apologies if this has already been covered but i've been using this little program to make some neat Dingux icons (it really annoys me when i don't have an icon for something!):
http://www.deviouscodeworks.co.uk/imagicon.htmlDrag and drop any .jpg to make a 32x32 .png icon, easy as that.
Thought it might be handy for some people, i tried a few and this was the best/smallest/easiest
