Can't boot into Dingux..
« on: October 19, 2009, 05:31:11 am »
I just updated dingux local files to local0.30 and everything was working fine but now all of the sudden when I try to get Dingux to boot the last thing the boot console shows is "switching root" and then it turns off. The only thing I changed was I removed some emulators from the local/emulators folder and removed the emulator entries from the toddler theme emulator config.

I had the same issue when i added some files. You need to reformat the SD card. When you do this make a back up copy to save some time in the future if it happens again.

Press X on the black screen and Dmenu will turn the brightness up :).
Write/save problems? Segmentation faults? Black screens? Read the Troubleshooting and FAQ guide first to fix your issues! :)
SD Card readonly/corruption issues? Chkdisk /F and steer clear from DMenu: use GMenu instead!
