@mamertouch
Yeah, mee too! I can't find those links, just some spoilers like this - http://pastebin.com/Re6jTS4K .
The words in Portugese which says "Click here and Download" - "CLIQUE AQUI E BAIXE", is not a hyperlink! Is not working.

[SOLVED!]
You need to register on dingoobr forum and then the download links - CLIQUE AQUI E BAIXE will be active! You will be redirected to a text file with some liks to download!
If you want to download directly then here:

Native> Direct link http://lix.in/-c8528e

Dingux> Direct links:
Part 1 > http://lix.in/-c33e3c
Part 2 > http://lix.in/-c7d1e3

OpenDingux> Direct links:
Part 1 > http://lix.in/-c5ff59
Part 2 > http://lix.in/-c90c9b

After go to that links, don't press "Download", press "continue" and then enter the captcha and press Download Now

PS. Some users on DingooBr have reported those archive were corrupted. I didn't tried to download (I don't have time now)
Good luck!

OK, thank you!
1. Can someone tell me if there are all existing emulators present (I mean all the apps and emus developed and/or ported for NOS, Dingux and ODingux)?
2. Are those repacks packed with newest versions?
3. Are the emulators from here or from other sites?
Thanks for the answers in advance!

My apologies for resurrecting such an old thread, but I'm having problems with the OD local pack: It's showing neither games nor emulators when running OD, both areas are empty. I've copied everything from the downloaded local folder onto my MiniSD, I can see the files using a file commander. Any suggestions? Am I missing something?

you need to manually add the links into each homescreen. press start, select add link in emulators (for example) then navigate into your sd card and select the .dge file for each app. it should appear on the screen.
