PSX4ALL+Music

Hi everyone me again, i was just wondering if it possible to use music player and PSX4ALL at the same time. As sound from the games themselves does not work, would this be possible instead?

Thanks

Calm down fellow!
I am very skeptic about this. Music is not enabled by default not because dingux can't handle it psx-ingame music, but because it has not enough power to play a psx game while playing music.

You can always log in through the telnet and play an mp3 with mplayer in the background.
But it will either slow down psx, or lag the music :P

Edit: Just tested that. The music plays cleanly, the emulation speed also doesn't look to be slower. However the music pauses every time you go back to the psx4all menu.

Sound`s cool zear - can you tell me what you mean by telnet and mplayer - I seem to be lost lol,
Does the music come back when you leave the psx4all menu?

Cheers  ;)

What about listening to music with an mp3 player while playing?  ;)

That's great news!
Then it would be nice to have a gui to launch mplayer in slave mode from dmenu instead of accessing through telnet. Pretty much the same is doing vimrc with greader2x here:
