I need help with Dingux Atari 2600 and Atari 7800 emulators

I have a Dingoo A320 with OpenDingux installed. On it I have the Atari 2600 and Atari 7800 emulators found on the wiki. When I load a rom in the Atari 2600 emulator all I see are two violet or blue lines growing from the sides in with a tone increasing in pitch. This repeats when the lines meet. The emulator is version 1.1.0. On the 7800 emulator when I load a rom it says "Can't load file." Any help? I would really like to play these games. The emulators seem to work fine with their "default" games.

what rom type do you load? .bin or .a78 / .a26 (wharever)

for me both work the 2600 with .a26 and the 7800 with .a78 but i have no sound on both  :(
