Questions about developing for Dingux

I want to try developing programs for Dingux, but I'm not quite certain where to start. Booboo(or someone else) in his quick start guide mentions ingenic toolchain, but there is also a toolchain on Dingoo-Linux Google Code page. Which one am I supposed to use?
