Cool stuff!

The source for building a linux kernel module only seemed to have settings for PAL, hopefully NTSC will be possible as well?

I had no time looking at the sources. But it looks interesing thats why i downloaded it.

I hope all devs esp. the OpenDingux devs can use this.

The Dingux Kernel is outdated and not developed anymore. OpenDingux is the follow up. Nothing released yet.
