Look like there is more than just the firmware, if somebody can take a look?

Wasted a few hours of downloading that file. I think it's only worth dowloading if you plan to build your own Dingux firmware for your Dingoo A-320e. Who would want to do that?

If it isn't worth replacing your Dingoo A-320/A-330 for a Dingoo A-380 than it's for sure not worth replacing it with a Dingoo A-320e.

No, there is a tool for upgrade (burntool), but i ask to dingoo tech and it's not fully fonctionnal, we have to do it by ourself on linux for the moment. They'll release a new tool for windows soon.

And yes the dingux source code for a320e seems to be include.

If it's slow, i'm uploading it again on another place.

The issues that we've got with our Dingoo A-380 isn't because of Dingux. It's the emulators, dmenu and decent support for 320 x 240 screen resolution. It looks like there are bunch of clowns working at Dingoo Tech and they don't really know what they're doing. Most of them probably don't speak english so they don't really understand what the issues are and they don't have a clue what should be fixed and what we need.

When they want to sell their hardware they're going to have to give it the support it needs. There's things we can fix ourselves but there's a lot of things that can only be fixed by them.  ;)

@Coccijoe

I'm curious. Did anyone ever posted a message on DingooMania how to change the emulator language from Chinese to french when using the french language on his Dingoo A-380. This makes it impossible to use the french language on the Dingoo A-380.  ???

No, I'm from Belgium. I speak dutch but I do know a little french too. Maybe nobody complaints about this because they don't have the firmware with the french language.

I can make an image to write the A-320e Dinguxfirmware to a MicroSD.

The firmware is exactly the same as the A-380 firmware. You can use the A-380 emulators. I don't own a A-320e so I can't test it but I think it should work if you can update your A-320e to be ready for dual boot.

It's strange that the first partition on the MicroSD is the one to store the game ROMs.

Your Dingoo A-320e is bricked anyway so you can only give it a try by trying to unbrick it with the flashing tool. Maybe if you try hard enough and are lucky to press the right button you can unbrick it.  ;)

Or get in contact with Coccijoe. I think he needed it also to unbrick his Dingoo A-320e a long time a go and maybe he still knows how to do it.

You have to put a380 into usb-boot mode (select+reset) and then connect to pc. A new jz4755 boot device will be found, but it works in 32-bit windows only.

select + a touch on the internal reset?

still detected as 2 drives on xp 32 bits:

ESTT SOC USB-DISK USB Device
DISK DRIVE

reads the folders, you hear it detected,
though the rpogram does nothing

could make it detected as you say with reset plus select plus start:
then selecting the drivers on the 4755 folder

is that ok?

what do i exactly check on the program?
