Fixed it myself. The midpath version from firmware V2.00.2 is also in chinese but it's possible to change it to english.
Download midpath english version: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/525714/midpath-english.zip
Keep midpath in the emus folder or it doesn't want to run anymore.
Put the game jar files in the Games folder. Java games with resolution 320x240, 240x320, 176x208 and 176x220 are supported. I've tested it with a few Nokia games with resolution 240x320.
Open java.dge. Press the Y
button to open the menu. Select 3.Install
and press A
. Select the game jar that you want to install and press A
Your game should now be added to the Midlet Manager. Select the game and press Y
. Choose 2.Settings
and press A
. Now you can change the resolution. When you want to play a game in portrait mode, with resolution 240x320, you should also change the button configuration. Press Y
to save the changes.
Now you're ready to play your game.
ps: This is an emulator with resolution 320x240 that is centered in the middle of the screen. It makes me wonder why everything else is always placed on the left side when it's possible to place it in centered in the middle.
