Dingoonity.org

A total conversion (TC) is a PWAD that replaces all or almost all of the resources used within the original game. The total conversion WADs are free to use for everyone. They're not copyrighted or illegal. To use these total conversion WADs you've got to legally own the original DOOM I and II game. The doom1.wad and doom2.wad that are necessary to run these total conversions are copyrighted and are NOT included in any of these packs.

Some fixes for the DOOM I and II WAD Packs and the WolfenDOOM WAD Packs.




Fixes:

New Aliens-DOOM-1 version that should work without problems with PrBoom on the Dingoo A-380 and A-320e.
New .dge files for the DOOM I and II WAD Pack 2, WolfenDOOM WAD Pack and WolfenDOOM WAD Pack 2. Necessary to load the .deh files that are included with some of the Total Conversion games.

There seems to be some confusion about these TC WADs so I've added some more information about them in the OP.

The download links to the packs won't be restored but are going to be included in the next DOOM I and II WAD Pack and WolfenDOOM WAD Pack. I don't know if it's still necessary to add the licenses files with the TC WADs but I'll add them in the next packs just to be sure.

There are a few TC WADs without a licenses file or any other information about them. That doesn't make them illegal. It's just that the author(s) for some reason didn't make a licenses file (with some information) available with the TC WAD.


I hope this is enough to make it possible to add a download link in the OP. 

may be you are right... but i think its better to ask authors permission if they available for contact.. that wl help you to clarify doubts of those people who think this is illegal to modify and share those games...

Question: How do you get in contact with the author(s) that you don't know who made the TC WAD?

Hmm.. You can't so you can't ask for permission but that isn't necessary because the author(s) wouldn't've made it public available it if they didn't want us to share/use their TC WAD. But if you still have doubts if it's legal than don't use these TC WADs. A text file is also added to the packs if there's no licenses or information file available so you'll know which TC WADs not to use if you still've doubts. 

Two new packs available for download. All information/licenses files are available for every total conversion WAD.

The WADs with no information/licenses file didn't make it in these packs. I think it's better like that so everyone can download these packs and don't have to worry if it's really legal.

Maybe the WADS with no information/licenses file can be added in a separate pack.
