computer troubles
« on: September 08, 2014, 10:05:39 pm »
I'm a newbie and I bought the "A-380e" off thinkgeek and after connecting to my computer it froze everything so I had to restart, then unplugged it, and now I keep getting the "Internet Explorer has stopped working" error message, it says it's restarting then goes away then just starts up again and again, can someone help me fix my computer? I plan to get a refund from thinkgeek too.

If a simple reboot isn't fixing the issue you can try a program like CCleaner to see if there some kind of error going on in your registry. Or you can always rollback your PC using system restore.

I tried rolling back but I don't know if I have anything to roll back to, I'll try the CCleaner next though, thanks.

You can also try TuneUp Utitlities: http://www.tune-up.com/

It can fix a lot of Windows troubles. There's a free 15-day trial.
