A380 EMULATOR SHOULDER BUTTONS PROBLEM.

The shoulder buttons seem to function on the main screen to change volume but i have downloaded multiple roms and the shoulder buttons wont function even in the game configuration screen i just got the device is their a solution to this problem?

If it's a Dingoo A-380e than there's nothing that can be done to fix this.

None of the games and emulators for the Dingoo A-380 work on a Dingoo A-380e.
