Turbografx16 is the one I'm waiting for.
Me too :) Stock emulator sucks bigtime.........

Which stock emulator are you using?
Dingux-Hugo works GREAT for me under legacy Dingux, though the native port of it was lacking some key features. I'd love a good option for Native but it's not going to kill me if we don't see one for a while.
I was talking about native firmware PCE emulator (I still use native system because of snes emulation, I've never managed to get reasonable emulation speed for any of dingux/OD emus)

A tip for other Mac users like myself:
It was taking me a long time to convert all of my save state files to the new format manually. The following tools sped it up a lot. Both have free trials.

Name Mangler http://manytricks.com/namemangler/
BetterZip2 http://macitbetter.com/

  • Use Name Mangler to append .zip to the end of all of the .sv# files
  • Use BetterZip 2 to rename the "save" files within the zip archives without having to extract them first
  • Then use Name Mangler to remove the .zip extension again.

Cut the time down significantly. (I had a lot of save states and I'm kind of a hoarder with them.

Ok, people i proudly announce the new DEP Pack!

http://a320.emulate.su/2012/05/10/dingoo-emulation-pack-v1-2/

Thanks lion_rsm :D

Great emu pack. Especially SMS and SMD are now great on native OS too. Thanks a lot lion_rsm.  8)

Regarding ROM compression (the question on exit). Would it be possible to add an option to disable this feature? Or set the default to no. I don't want to modify any ROM file. Thanks.
Emulator packs and fact sheets for Wiz, Caanoo, Dingoo and Pandora.

He's the Da Vinci of coding!

Genesis emulation is perfect, indeed. I don't know if it could get better than this.

About the other emulators, I don't know: they already worked ok in the previous releases. Well, except the Snes of course. That one is always improvable. I still have to try the new version.

This man should code some kickass GBA emulator (correcting the brightness of the screen). Yes, I'm a greedy bastard.  I can't get enough.

Hold down the Select button when loading a rom and turn compression off, and then go in to advance settings and save global settings.  ;)

One small thing that seems to be missing, none of the emulators seem to have auto-fire options.

In Mortal Kombat 1, when you select the 6 button pad, the controls not respond. If you start with 3 button pad, and them change to 6 button, the character are blocking permanently.

estimated lion: smd emulator works amazing, something that I found surprising is that the game another world or out of this World, runs great very fluid, but the image is cut, I would appreciate if you could fix that problem in a future estimated delivery, the rest excellent, thank you very much and forgive my English is just that I use the google translator ... excellent work.

I think SNES cannot get better (Starfox is working nice, without sound but u know) everything has its limits.

But i want to see the faces of Dingoo Digital developers when they see those emus that must be something like this:

Or they was just lazy punks :P

If you would like to play Another World, I recommend the GBA version, which looks great and runs almost flawlessly.
Normally we can't link to ROMs here on the board but Another World was never commercially released and so is made available free of charge thanks to an agreement between the original developer and the developer of the port.

I'm pretty sure it already has one. Yesterday my battery was nearly dry, and every time I loaded a game or brought up the menu in DingooSNES it showed a low battery screen for a second or two.
