Dingoo Emulation Pack v1.1 is released!



DEP includes the following emulators:
DingooNES.sim   v1.3 - UPDATED
DingooSNES.sim v1.3 - UPDATED
DingooSMS.sim   v1.1 - UPDATED

Awesome release, again. Just a quick note: if you can in the future, incorporate the auto-detection of hi-res roms, such as Secret of Mana, Seiken Densetsu 3 & Rudra's Treasure. The text is still not being displayed correctly in those games...

Keep up the good work & hopefully you can make this happen for dingoosnes v1.3! See ya.

This is just fantastic. As a new Dingoonity owner (I'm a little late to the party!) it's great to have the benefit of BOTH a mature library of software and emulators AND a still active dev community! Thanks to Lion and Dingoonity and the whole Dingoo community for getting me started!

Holy cow, DingooSMS supports the FM chip.  This is neat, so far it's shaping up great, emulation is tons better than SMSGGOO or Dingear so far in every way.  Thank you lion!

Cyrillic is pretty togh, but i was lucky to learn it a bit :) english it's not my native language either.

Emulators are freakin' awesome.

What kind of sorcery is that? :O

What is this?

Dingoo Emulation Pack - a suite of emulators, at least partly intended to replace the motley collection of emulators from different developers. The package includes emulators for various gaming platforms 8/16 bit. All emulators have a unified user interface, a similar set of features and capabilities. Emulators are designed and maintained by a single developer, actively updated in response to user requests.

Installing a package of emulators
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Extract the zip file to your computer in any folder. The folder will be several files, among which are:

DingooNESv12.zip - Archive DingooNES Emulator version 1.2;
DingooSNESv12.zip - Archive DingooSNES Emulator version 1.2;
DingooSMSv10.zip - Archive DingooSMS Emulator version 1.0;
README - this guide;

Next, unpack ZIP archives all or required emulators, each in its own folder. Alternately, go to each unpacked folder and follow the instructions on the installation, described in the README file located there. Just before using any emulator, are advised to carefully explore the rest of the information contained in its README file.

Quick question: is there country code detection in DingooSMS?  Because my USA/Japanese copy of Tails' Adventures is registering as Japanese.

What is this?

DingooSMS - it is an emulator for 8-bit game consoles, Sega Master System and Game Gear (hereinafter SMS and GG, respectively) for a portable game console Dingoo A320 (SIM-version for Native OS). The emulator is based on a modified kernel emulator SMS Plus.
Why is this better than analog emulator?
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Currently under the Dingoo Native OS, there are several emulators SMS / GG, which quite successfully perform its mission. DingooSMS emulator has several advantages over svoimm analogues:
- A unified user interface (future emulators of other systems will have the same interface) with user-friendly and intuitive operation;
- High speed emulation, not yielding counterparts, and in some cases superior to them;
- Support for hardware bilinear scaling using the IPU;
- Support for Games TV standards NTSC and PAL;
- Support for FM-synthesis sound in games that support this mode;
- Automatic saving and loading the contents of SRAM (progress in games);
- Support for loading compressed ROM file games, as well as automatic compression ROM files;
- Safe working emulator for Dingoo, connected to the TV;
- Fast-forward emulation - Fast forward;
- Special startup mode emulator.


DingooSNES V1.2 - 25.03.2012:

The option "Auto save SRAM" is removed, and now SRAM is always recorded if there is a need.
Added support for chip S-DD1 (decompress image data).
Added experimental algorithm "Diagonals helper".
Added option "Vertical stretch" to control image scaling vertically.
The frequency of the CPU by default set to standard 336 MHz.
Added ability to change the CPU frequency by 1 MHz.
Small improvements in the user's graphical interface.
Many small improvements in the code.

dingoosnes1.2 have a bug..

i use 1.39ver
 
when set fullscreen off and set double buffering: fast, the screen blink endless..

dingoosms1.0 have a bug..

when set normal screen mode to fullscreen mode,there will appear screen mosaic...
 a question..if dingoosms1.0 support SG1000 system?

Yes, there is some simple country code detection for list of selected game. Tails' Adventures is detected as Japanese. I'm going to improve this place in the code.
