I am not sure that the Dingoo supports SEGA CD games.  I do not think there is yet an EMU for that.

It DOES support Game Gear, Master System, and Genesis, though.

I believe the needed emu's are already built in, just a matter of getting the ROM's.  When you get them, incidentally, you will want to be sure to re-name the Game Gear ones so that they end in .SMS extension...same for Master System.

For Genesis, they will want to end in SMC, and you save files will end in SMD (so if you get ROMS ending in .GEN...rename them)

Can't tell you where to GET ROMS, because that is not allowed on this board, but I CAN tell you that Google is your friend.

Welcome aboard, hope you enjoy your stay, and gaming here.

Currently I have over 900 games loaded on my Dingoo.

Dingux supports sega cd games. The emulator is called Picodrive. The games run but there is no cd music just sound effects.

I thought the 32x was some thing else not, yet another megadrive add on, although some CD games may be CD and 32x...

Well, I don't know at all.  That's why I asked.
I downloaded, a while ago, a huge batch of Genesis ROMS, but some of them had the file extension .32x, and those would not work, not even if I changed the name of the extension.  So, I figured those had to be SEGA CD games, stuck into the .zip file by accident.

Games that have .32x files are games for the Sega 32X, an addon for the Sega Genesis. The Dingoo can't currently emulate them, and probably never will be able to; I don't think that any handheld is currently capable of 32X emulation ATM. Sega CD games are generally in .zip format, as they contain the game file and all the audio files. Picodrive on Dingux can play Sega CD games, albeit without sound. The Dingoo should be able to handle Sega CD games with sound, but nobody's coded that into the emulator yet.
