I just received the Dingux A330 this morning after quite a long wait and am dissapointed to say that the platform has already frozen twice.
Currently, it is frozen on the Dingux loading screen on boot up and no matter how much I try to turn it off, it will not turn off. Why might this have happened and how can I fix it?
The system appears to already have Dingux as well as the Native OS on it already. Is this normal for the console when sold?
Edit: Just managed to reboot it when the battery ran out. It appears to be freezing when I try to go into Dingux mode. I believe select I held alongside the power button to switch to Dingux. Am I wrong?
