dingoo always shutting off?

I had not use it in a while. I charged it. Every time I unplug it from the computer, it shuts off. It only works when it is plugged in.

That's what I thought too. But somehow I got it working. It must of been glichy or somthing. I've done a bunch tests and it starts up and shts down fine.
