Change keys on pocketsnes
« on: November 04, 2013, 02:09:21 pm »
Hi,

sorry another keychange question!

I cannot access the menu in pocketsnes, I'm guessing it is the start button which is broken on my dingoo. Is there any way to change the key to something else or would it require a recompile?? I would love to be able to use select and R shoulder.

Anybody??!!! Please??!!

Or a quick how 2 on what files I need and how to do it myself? thanks

Editathing - actually, sliding the powerbutton would be better as this is what some emulators and native are

Yeah, I've done a bit of soldering on it already after breaking the power connections and speakers when trying to fix the start button. I fear my soldering is not good enough to unsolder two buttons without ballsing it up - plus I'd prefer to still have use of the right shoulder buttons.

I don't mind putting the effort into getting the key change working - even if it involved me trying to recompile with changes in it, just wondered if anybody had the know how or a little help.

I love this little thing, just want it perfect :)

dingoo come with two layer, so don't busted up the first layer when soldering, mine already bust up, the L,R and reset button. because dingoo is cheap. :)
