I think that's what it took mine too. Funny part is it took them 6 days to dispatch it

Well DX just changed item description to "Back Ordered - ETA 11/20/2009 (30 days)" But my account still says "Status: Order Received - in stock" Has been like that for 5 days now. I've sent them a message and made a forum post. See what happens.. Probably going to cancel my order if it's not shipped really soon. I'll just order it from Chinavasion, at least that way I'll get it before Christmas.

Ordered from DX 10/18/09 (white Dingoo). Having same scenario as Goon. Says "in stock" when I check its status, but on the page it claims its been back ordered. Heavily debating canceling my order if anyone can tell me a faster way to get one. I've been searching for reviews on shipping time concerning different websites, but its hard to find for certain suppliers. I'd cancel from DX in a heartbeat if anyone can refer me to a better US supplier, excluding thinkgeek.com (better as in faster shipping). Paying more doesn't really bother me. Besides, DX looks rather shady when it comes to customer service, and I've heard one too many horror stories from past customers concerning painfully long shipping times due to unresponsive service, or worse, receiving broken stuff. Has anyone used dingoo-digital-usa.com? If so, how was it? Also, Is there a supplier that has them in stock IN the US and sells to US only? I just want my Dingoo...

I hear good things about it, I'd give them a shot. The S&H might be a bit high but that's because it's a self owned business as far as I know. I was reading another website and he had said he goes to drop them off at the post office himself.

DX did back order $:-\$ . I canceled, went to chinavasion, manned up and payed some shipping. That was yesterday, today they said they already shipped it. I'm very relieved.

"Typically ships in 2 to 5 days". Not much longer really.

You shouldn't shop at DX if you don't have the patience, but yeah they need to sort it out.

White dingoo's are backordered everywhere, not just at dealextreme. I just hope that I can find a store that sells them for about the same price and has them in stock.
