So right now, where is the most trustworthy dealer that will ship A320 to UK? Any of the ebay crowd worth a pop?

DealExtreme, I think DDU may ship to the UK too.

I've bought from both (but not shipped to the UK).

Bought one from eBay: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330558144552&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT#ht_1173wt_905

Non-hk model :) Since the serial number doesn't include HK :D

That doesn't mean a thing. The only way to know for sure is to try the Neo Geo emulator, if you see graphical glitches you have the Dingoo Tech (or HK) model.

Well it has the paw thing printed on the back and it says Dingoo Digital made in China A320.
But I'll try the Neo Geo emulator :)

Yeah, just try the Neogeo emulator. Pretty much all Neogeo games use an effect where the screen zooms in and out. On HKs, the zooming causes horribly garbled graphics that make it unplayable (or at least impossible to enjoy). Here's a video of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oGKqGOmeauI

Well I've the same problem, which means I got the HK model. But I don't care since I only play NES, SNES, SEGA and GBA :D

I can pretty much guarantee you that 99% of Dingoo's sold on eBay are the 'HK' model. Dingoo Digital aren't producing the A320 any more and haven't for some time.

It's not that big of a deal, as long as it works all you're missing out on is MVS on native. If you install Dingux, you can still play Neo Geo games just fine.

I remember seeing that in the news section. and they've updated the LCD driver.

I didn't think that they had actually hit the shelves yet, and how do you know if you're buying the newer A320?

I think that all the newer dingoo will have this new LCD ILI9338 driver... So you can try to use good old UPRIGHTDOWNUPRIGTHDOWN

Perhaps they will be in a different box or have some other minor cosmetic difference on the console itself. It would be good to know what you are getting before purchase.

Meh. I got one of those packages before. It will be an "HK" (one made by DT), so the native Neogeo emulator will be useless. But beside that it's fine.

As for the accessories: That bag is crap and is likely to tear soon. Silicone glove is useless and awkward. And cheap arse no name SD cards is a bad idea. Don't be surprised if the card starts bugging out or quits working altogether a short while down the road.
