Help NO USB

I have a problem with my DINGOO a320. Prevuous firmwar 1.20-pof wasnt show me the USB and it freeze. Now I install it again and all is good but the hard of usb are showing 0kb (The PC recognize/see the device Dingoo A320 but the space on the internal memory and card is 0kb) .... and i cannot put the system and GAME files in and my DINGOO is stuck at dingoo logo. HELP

Do you try to format it or run 'chkdsk' on it?
