I don't think it's even used on the Dingoo, but just a part of the default MP4 player firmware (for the Ingenic chip inside the Dingoo).

EDIT: The first time I chose dark white, I expected gray. I was like "what the fuck" when it went cyan.

Yes it will. Try: "Image --> Scale image". Then: "File --> Save as --> Windows bmp image --> tick Advanced options --> 16 bits R5G6B5" (make sure the filename ends in ".bmp"). Photosnob is heavily overrated, costs a fortune and is a much to heavy application for something as banal as photo editing.

This firmware is a modified version of the 1.2 firmware for the Dingoo.

It features fixed/corrected strings for the menu, and custom theme support.

Included is the "PSPingoo" theme from http://www.dingoo-digital.com/forums/theming/psdingoo-theme-v1-psp-xmb-theme-dingoo

Installation:
-------------------------------------------

1 - Copy the a320.hxf and the 'SYSTEM' directory to the root of your Dingoo's internal memory.

2 - Reboot the dingoo and hold down on the dpad while the Dingoo boots.

If you can't install using this method because the Dingoo says that you've already got this firmware version, you can use this guide to install using the Dingoo Firmware Flasher - http://boards.dingoonity.org/dingoo-hacks/guide-flashing-custom-firmwares-to-your-dingoo/

After installation of the firmware using the firmware flasher, the Dingoo might seem stuck on the "Dingoonity" splash screen. You should be able to access your Dingoo internal memory by USB, so you can put the 'SYSTEM' directory onto the internal memory.

I hope no one starts to miss the Engrish? It was kinda? cute, in a way.

Edit:
I like your change from Manager to Browser (TXT file updated), and I found one remaining "No File!" and changed it to "No File found".

I think next update you should put "Version: 1.2b - Dingoonity.org"... The boot screens are nice so why not continue through?

I noticed you have so many bytes free (removing unused strings), that there is no need to abbreviate. You could easily spell out Seconds, Minutes, Hour, etc.

Heh, yeah..

All of that pedometer stuff is useless to the Dingoo firmware, so it got deleted!

It might be like AM radio, which on regular radios is a different scanning setting to FM radio.. who knows, I think we could probably go with AM radio for it.

It goes from 76 mhz to ~87 mhz.

I think you are right... I just found this:
"Campus channel is for short wave radio broadcasts like within the boundaries of a school or college campus. For example, a local college music or news station."

We could call it "Short Wave"?
I think Campus Radio is already pretty accurate.

It isn't really an AM Radio... I only get one station and it is not from the AM Band.

I'm not an expert on radio, but I think this is wrong. If I understand the Wikipedia article correctly AM radio only goes up to 30.0 Mhz, so this seems like it's just FM radio but with some lower frequences.

Hmm, well my thought is that we have AM (MW) and VHF (FM) radio in the UK, and the AM is all lower ranges than the regular radio, I will have to take a look later and see what 'Campus Radio' can find.

Well, here in germany, you can listen to police radio if you modify a radio so that it goes under 87 mhz (ie "overturn" the tuner wheel). But soon they?ll get a digital radio, which can?t be heard without some serious hacking skills.

Campus Radio is fine... I just made an FM.ini http://members.shaw.ca/jato/FM.ini with all the local stations and set the FM Playlist to External.
The "Radio" lists all the stations. The "Campus Radio" only lists the University stations (88.5 and 89.3... the only two below 90.0).

I think it's fine.
