Best Current CFW?

Just got a Dingoo a320. Like 5 mins ago. There's a paw on the back, but I don't really dig the branded firmware that came with it. What's the best, most current (possibly custom) firmware I could put on this puppy.

I think the Dingoonity Custom Firmware (the thread below this one) is as good as any.

But there's no reason to change it aside from being able to make alterations to the appearance of the menu.

I use the Dingonnity because with that one i can move the GAME folder to the SD, that allow me to share the same roms for both SO (native and dingux)

I got it from dingoo digital usa, and it's got a branded bootscreen and wallpaper and all that. I downloaded the dingoonity cfw. Then after that, I guess that's when I install themes? Really wanting to try out that Tango theme I seen, love Tango project. Now, a Gnome Colors (Brave) theme would be bulls-eye.

Don't worry about themes, the included in Dingoonity CFW is one of the best

Use for time for setup Dingux! (DONT USE LOCAL PACK!)

I tried to install the Dingoonity firmware, but the dingoo says it's already got the same version. I read about some flash tool to work around that, but I ain't got the time for that right now. And the link for the tool was down.

Oh, well. I'm loading it up with games right now. I've used just about all the internal memory. Couldn't find any minisd cards today. And doing things like renaming the Mega Drive folder to Sega Genesis.

Speaking of which, is there a way to switch the native OS control scheme? I want to use "B" to select something instead of "A". That's a little quirk of mine.

A well known 'problem'. I always install a very old firmware version temporarily as a workaround and after that re-flash the Dingoo w/ the latest firmware. Be careful not to brick 'yer Digoo though. I was only able to unbrick mine by installing Win XP on an old hard disk and using XP for the unbricker tool which is kinda quirky

I'm afraid that's not possible. Most emulators let you define the keys though. But the native OS itself... Dunno

Good luck w/ your Dingoo by the way. :)

Finally got me a new Dingoo after I Kentucky ~~::fried::~~ the other one. Yippee! [edit] And lost it!
