UNauthorized Dingoo330
« on: January 25, 2012, 03:43:02 pm »
Hello,
I got a Dingoo from DealExtreme.
Unfortunately it's not, it is always and only UNAUTHORIZED including
www.chinachip.cn
I've tried it with an SD card, but I have no chance.
I ask for help, but I'm a newbie.

Thanks in advance laubi155

Have you tried a different cable?

I don't know what this "UNAUTHORIZED" means? Maybe the firmware has detected that this is not a real dingoo?

Hmmm... think maybe this is your solution, I translated the first post from this

http://www.snk-neofighters.com/forum/lofiversion/index.php?t62152.html

topic into English using translate.google.com, probably you would find it easier to translate it directly into German:

One of the users talking about a version of the A320 Recovery Tool modified by a man, much in progarma??o safa (a raquer), which supports all ver??es the Dingoo.

Ai was just download it and run to hug

short tutorial to reinstall firmware, change the driver lcd brick and resolve

It is recommended to use windows xp, in some cases one can install on serveth / vista.

1.baixe http://dl.openhandhelds.org/cgi-bin/dingoo...?0 this file, 0,0,0,15,256
unzip the folder Unbricker tool ALL models.

2.Check your type of LCD, or ILI9325 ILI9331. Go abaut options or on (if translated), and press
Up, Right, Down, Up, Right, Down, will see a few references here and will say what is your lcd, save it.

3.remova SD, press and hold reset b more (the same hole). The console will go into what they call USB mode, it will restart with lcd turned off.

4.instalando driver. Once you plug in the Dingoo pc it will start the installation wizard for new hardware, check the driver to search and locate the unzipped folder another called usb_drv (or something similar), now just follow to complete the installation . If all goes well it will be recognized as chinachip.

5.Na unzipped folder to start the executable, select the sistem DL config, look at our portfolio and see that there are only two files, note that their names have reference to the types of lcd. Select your. Corresponding dl. Then select the firmware file in the firmware components (you can use any firmware, but I recommend that you use the package). Do not worry about the other fields.

6.agora we have run with the button burning system. Note that two lines appeared quickly (it's probably not possible to read) and then two more.

The first line relates program preparation

The second refers to the memory of Dingoo cleaning (yes, it will be blank in this step)

The third line refers to writing the new configuration of the Dingoo, if all goes well the screen will light up showing the damned being updated.

The fourth line is to tell us that everything went well.

Unplug the Dingoo and enjoy

You should not follow the instructions by Munchausen as those are for the A320, while you have the A330.
The Dingoo Digital A330 is the same as the Gemei A330, but different from the A320 (while the Dingoo Technology A330 is the same as the A320, confusing I know), so this might help you better: http://www.dingux.com/2011/03/ga330-unbricking-tool.html

Otherwise I would probably try to send it back to DX.

Yes, I think this is a fake A-320 and my instructions are correct... don't think the unauthorised thing happens to Gemei A330/ARM dingoos. Laubi has not re-appeared, so maybe that means it worked. Laubi?
