Dingoo A320 Bricked and Cannot Access to Computer
« on: September 23, 2011, 11:16:26 am »
My dingoo has been bricked lately. And I'm begging for help due to time. I did install the dual boot and dingux (before it was bricked), however, but it still doesn't help for me , I'm wondering if you guys could help me solved and give me methods of recovery this headaching issue. :(

I've tried the Recovery Tool, but how then should it work when my dingoo doesn't get detected by my Win7 system (new (reformated)).

I cannot go pass through the boot logo (Dingoo) because it freezes (Custom Firmware made with HXF tool).

This was the story of the first try of recovery: I ignored the fact I'm currently using a 64bit system, so I attempted to install chinachip recovery drivers, but so expectedly it failed due to incompatibility (i think). Now I'm stuck, My questions are:

is it normal that a new windows 7 os does not detect a dingoo on flash mode?
Will Old Oses like XP detect the dingoo in flash mode.
What then should I do?

What I can do:
Write/Read SD Card (PC through SD CARD Reader and through Dingux)
Boot to Dingux

What I can't do:
In any possible way I am able to do, I cannot not think of any way of accessing the internal memory.

I'm intending to install winxp via dual boot to attempt to see if it'd clear my problem, and I'm relying on this forum :)

My dingoo never bricked, so i can't really help you..

Still, it could be the OS tough, try XP, it could work...

Thanks guys, after the miserable day, my computer suddenly detects the Jz4740 device, and I recovered it with the unbricker Tool.

I don't know why it didn't at first.

I'm not exactly sure if it's the usb cable, but it detected it with the new cable.

I had to replace my stock cable because I kept getting transfer errors and it kept disconnecting the drive mid transfer. I switch to a third party cable and havent had a problem since. I would say it was probably the cable  ;)

;D my dog actually fixed my dingoo, he destroyed the dingoo usb cable, so I bought a new one, and it was detected.

Also, I realized, the recovery tool chinachip drivers are incompatible with x64 systems.
