What about a port of NIKUJIN? That would be cool.

Nikujin is one of meny wonderful games made by "ikiki" who/whatever it is  ;D
It is a simple, yet hard to master ninja platformer.
Here?s an article with download link;

Wishful thinking list of games I would love to play on the Dingoo (or its replacement):

A handful of games in these two lists can be ported to the Dingoo...
http://www.linuxlinks.com/article/20080510052539217/Games.html
http://www.linuxlinks.com/article/20080522164112313/Games-Part2.html

Three more games not on these lists...

Aleph One
- Open source Marathon engine
- http://source.bungie.org/index.php/Main_Page

LinCity-NG
- Open source SimCity clone
- http://lincity-ng.berlios.de/wiki/index.php/Main_Page

Tux Racer
- Open source 3D downhill racer
- http://tuxracer.sourceforge.net/

For OpenGL games, maybe someone adventurous enough can leverage flatmush's Native Dingoo 3D Graphics Library:
http://www.gp32x.com/board/index.php?/topic/52340-c99-native-dingoo-3d-graphics-library/

I know some games will be just too taxing for the Dingoo hardware, or the text would be too small to read on the 2.8" screen, but hey it's worth a try (hence "wishful thinking" ^^).

To play even more games (and videos), I hope someone can port over either of these Flash players to the Dingoo:
http://gnashdev.org/
http://swfdec.freedesktop.org/wiki/

Gnash is apparently the better player, but they should both be superior to the built-in Flash player, which is pretty useless IMHO.

Let me help you cross a couple of them out :P
* Abuse requires a mouse (or touchscreen)
* Albion uses a static recompilation for arm asm, impossible to port
* Alex the Allegator uses Allegro. Won't happen until we port that lib first.
* Biohazard2 doesn't seem to be opensource
* Cave Story won't happen, as Pixel is not interested in new ports of his game (probably related with the WiiWare port)
* Egoboo uses opengl
* I think Enigma uses the hardware scaler, which we don't have in the Dingoo
* Nebulus uses the hardware scaler
* Paper Plane is written in GLBasic, there's no GLBasic compiler available for Dingoo
* Pulplife is a Fenix game, not sure of the Fenix status on the Dingoo
* ScorchedGP is a Fenix game
* Sponge Blob Tennis is not opensource
* Zelda Classic uses Allegro

Name: Advanced Brightness App (or whatever you decide to call it)

Description: A simple app that would allow more control over display brightness on native firmware, so that you can set brightness to even lower values than what native firmware allows. Kind of like what you can set it to on Dingux.
Me, and probably some others use their Dingoos at night in the dark, so on native firmware even with brightness set to lowest it's still too bright. By making this app you'll be saving many people's eyesight, so... please? :3

OpenRaider:
http://openraider.sourceforge.net/
This project was last active over 6 years ago, uses opengl and never got anywhere close to a playable version.

The other project you mentioned (Interstate Outlaws) is also obviously far beyond the hardware capabilities of the Dingoo.
I mean, you really thought you could get that game to run on a 336MHz, 32RAM, no GPU device?

Interestate Outlaws is based in Interestate 76, no need 3D aceleration:

Minimum system requirements
CPU Speed: 90 MHz
RAM Required: 16 MB
Hard Disk Space: 15 MB
OS: Windows 95

It is similar requirements that duke nukem

Well, it uses Crystalspace and Ode engines, and that stuff needs quite a powerful gpu. Not to mention it would be a nightmare to port that engines to a mips platform. Additionally, the game is written in python.

I'd REALLY like to see someone port Bloxorz to the Dingoo. Or perhaps someone could at least fix the GBA emu so it can play Junletac ROMs again (.jgc), since then I could just play Rolling Block. Hmmm... perhaps the Rolling Block ROM itself could be used as the basis for a port or even a "real" Jungletac emulator... ?

I'd like to see Gravity Force ported from the WIZ to DINGUX. I loved this game on the Amiga.
So i wonder why nobody has ported it - can't be THAT hard, because it has already been ported for the WIZ.

Emulator-wise i'd love to see a VECTREX Emulator and a LYNX for DINGUX.
VECTREX is one of the few system we haven't got for our beloved DINGUX.

Come one, Zx81 - we need the Vectrex in our library.  ;D

Is it possible to make Super Mario Bros. Crossover http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/534416 playable on the dingoo?

It would be awesome! ;D

the only download available is the .swf located here:
