Pokemon Fire Red Problems

Hi, im new here and today i got my new Dingoo A330.

I tried to play Pokemon Fire-Red und Leaf-Green but when I start this games the display stays white and nothing happen.
When i looked up this problem in this forum i only found probs with saving games but no probs with starting them.
Is the Saving-Prob already got a solution.

i never had problem, u probably have a broken rom, try another.

Thanks for the answer, but I already tried another ROM and every ROM works with VBA and Emulator for Android. Is there another solution ?

i've played leaf green on both the native and dingux without any problems. the only thing would be to check you have a good gba bios or the rom is good
