It's quite some time ago, but I didn't succeed to install Dingux with Windows as well. Then I followed the Linux instructions on booboo's code site:http://code.google.com/p/dingoo-linux/downloads/list
Just follow the instructions in the READMEs of dual_boot_installer_20090916.zip and dingux_system_20091022.tar.bz2. I did it several times on my 3 Dingoo's and it always worked. There are newer kernels around, but the procedure for the system part should be the same. I'm still using toddler's local pack 0.32a on a 16gb micro sdhc card.

One more thing. I had connection problems with the usb-tool using the original Dingoo USB cable. Using another cable resolved the issue.
Installing Dingux is worth the effort, there are some great emulators
