Cps1 2 rom trouble

How do I install cps1 and 2 Roms?
I downloaded the zip file and extracted (with about 15-20 items in the folder)
Do I just put that entire folder into the cps1 folder in the dingoo?

 You must NOT extract them...To play cps1 games just put the cps1 games zip in your dingoo and open them through emulator section(Interesting games). For cps2 games you have to convert the .zip files using this converter.

I don't think he extracted the roms themselves, think he means that he extracted a downloaded zip file of all the CPS1 roms.

You can put the roms in any folder that you like.

how do i open .rar files?? how do i deal with them?
