If you mean while viewing the roms list from inside the emulator yes. All of ZX-81's emus have a 'create screenshot' option and will show up when browsing the list. Ive done lists for atari 2600, colecovision, ti-99, and tg16

How do i use it? Just make screenshots with same name as the rom?  :)

From the official documentation:

If this directory is specified, gmenu2x will search here for a file with the same name as the file selected in the selector but with the png extension and it will display it as a screenshot.

Screenshots should be of a maximum size of 160x160px.

Yep it works great just finally got a complete set of atari 2600 ntsc shots created. Now for the rest. Would there be an interest in a set of screens for all systems that use the no-intro naming convention?

Sure, screenshot sets would be appreciated, but a lot of renaming would be required probably.  ;D

ok now the screenshot apears but when i launch the rom instead of lauches the rom lauches the emulator

What emulator do you try to run with gmenu2x?
Some of them don't support commandline parameters (unfortunately).
