Do you need an x86 emulator? Along with a framework? Knowing if this ever happens, will there be performance issues( low fps, bad geometry )?

You need x86 computer emulator at the least, yes.
Since Wine can only run Windows applications compiled for the same CPU architecture, with Wine we could only run MIPS Windows programs (no such thing).
